Governance Africa Foundation (GAfF) was founded in 2005 to function as an independent, non-state, non-profit organisation committed to strengthening and deepening the democratic culture among Ghanaians and the people of Africa.
While remaining a-political, non-religious and non-partisan, Governance Africa Foundation is committed to the issues of rights, duties, and responsibilities in the pursuit of social justice, rule of law, equity, fairness, transparency, and accountability as the basis of good governance.

GAfF is a strong advocate for youth empowerment. We believe in including the youth in all levels of governance, as they will inevitably be the ones in charge of making important decisions that will impact the direction of their countries.
